The role of a trainer is to directly provide knowledge or information to the client, using their specific expertise, based on their past learning and experience, through instruction and explanation.

First you need to know, which skills you want to acquire. Your training need analysis can be as simple as “I know I need to close some sale”, to professional complex assessment by your employer or with our help.
Once you know what you need, you can choose from a wide range of on demand trainings from our expertise, that is primarily in fields based on human interaction and communication.
Our trainings are not about listening to endless presentation and hopefully taking some notes. As a certified trainer and certified coach, I use a combination of interactive methods; simulations, practical exercises, brainstorming sessions and discussions; with DC Psychology findings; colored brain inventory, emotional drives; and gamification tools; collecting points, challenges, games, fun elements; to achieve a truly interactive and engaging session that will be remembered together with the content for much longer.
