Our consulting programs are designed to help solving concrete issues and provide tools for leaders to solve them. Although the advice given is based on years of studies and experience in a position of a SME business leader; many times, includes mini coaching sessions and brainstorming to understand the client better and adjust the advice to fit their true needs.
It is solving some of the key questions and issues, such as: how can people bring out the Best from each other by better interaction and communication; how to create an inspirational environment and creating a culture of superior communication and how to become the leader you want to be.
Usually a weekly or bi-weekly meeting for 6hours; either at work solving issues on job or in a training room where solutions and action plans are decided; using my experience and knowledge and coaching methods. Each session is focused on 1 angle to the problem and ends with a concrete action to be made.
Consulting programs can be done individually – usually with business leader or in group – board, management or as a combination of both – depending on who needs to be involved and get the information.
Although I am happy to support my clients with any issue I can as a consultant, and the variety and number of situations I had to solve in my career is huge, there are few basic topics that combine a lot of learning, experience and are very common in real life business.
