Psychology of direct communication

I work with Arthur Carmazzi's methodology, which helps set up communication in teams to be clear, understandable and functional. It is used in many companies around the world and has been particularly useful to me where collaboration and accountability need to be improved.

Southeast Asia and the Middle East

Part of my work is connected with the expansion into Asia and the Middle East. Thanks to my personal experience, I can help companies navigate the environment, make better decisions and avoid costly mistakes at the beginning.

I mostly work with companies that have already built something (scale up) and are now tackling the next phase of growth. They have dozens or hundreds of employees, operate in a B2B environment and want to get a better handle on sales, people management and expansion. I also often work with startups that already have sales or investment and need help with growth and processes.
