It focuses on how people process information, respond to change, and how to set up communication to be clear, functional, and understandable for different personality types.

The methodology is used in international companies and in practice helps to improve collaboration, accountability and team performance.

It also includes the Colored Brain psychometric tool, which helps to better understand the mindset of individuals and teams. The test and supporting materials are also available in Slovak, which makes it easy to use directly in companies.
